At Blue Valley Spirits, our community and sustainability are our priority. We source ingredients locally, support local businesses and have implemented sustainable manufacturing to do our best to save this planet we know and love.

• We age our barrels in a greenhouse that also supplies fresh vegetables to the Dean West Restaurant. If any food is left over it goes to a local food bank.
• We give our left-over grain to local farmers to alleviate waste going into our local sanitation system. We also help feed the cows!
• We reuse our cooling water to clean our equipment after use.  
• We use one of the most efficient closed-loop boiler systems to heat our equipment.
